This Privacy Policy explains how Wakalab Software, operated by Wakalab, collects and uses personal information when you visit wakalab.dev, purchase or use our software products, request support, or communicate with us.

Information We Collect ​

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, support messages, license-related details, and any information you choose to include in support requests.

For paid products, payment details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy as our checkout and Merchant of Record provider. We may receive order metadata needed to deliver licenses, provide support, verify purchases, process refunds, and manage product access. We do not store full credit card numbers on wakalab.dev.

When you use our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, access times, and language preference. We use a pref-lang cookie to remember your selected language for up to one year. Analytics and tag delivery may be handled through Cloudflare Zaraz and related Cloudflare services.

How We Use Information ​

We use personal information to:

• deliver license keys, downloads, updates and activation support;
• provide product support and respond to inquiries;
• maintain account, purchase and refund records;

Third-Party Services ​

We use third-party providers only as needed to operate the website, sell products and provide support.

• Cloudflare provides hosting, security, edge delivery, analytics/tag-management infrastructure and related technical services.
• GitHub may be used for product repositories, issue tracking and support workflows.

These providers process information under their own policies and contractual terms.

Cookies ​

wakalab.dev uses cookies and similar technologies for language preference, security, hosting and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect language persistence or site behavior.

Retention ​

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Purchase, license, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business needs. Support records are retained while needed to provide support, maintain product quality and resolve disputes.
